Since then we have decided to produce and start a programme like that. In 1994 we started a programme under Kashmiri title NOV BAHAAR, the programme was multi lingual. After some years the programme was once again re-titled into the Urdu title Saaz aur Awaaz. Now the programme format is same but the title has been changed into the new title Milay Sur.

The three winners of the contest will be rewarded with the prestigious awards and will be given certificates from commercial broadcasting service, Radio Kashmir Srinagar.
