Bruce Springsteen In a huge gesture for a city in need of same, Springsteen opted to open his fall tour in Hartford Oct. 2, the same day he released “Magic,” his first album with the E Street Band since 2002. The Boss apparently had such a good time that he’s opening the second leg of the tour here, too, on Feb. 28.
