About 30 kids from Hoboken’s Save the Youth Academy met behind the basketball courts this afternoon on Marshall Drive to film “So Much Trouble,” their anti-violence hip-hop video. Save the Youth Academy (STY), founded a year ago, is an after-school program for at-risk Hoboken youth to address violence, especially in the Hoboken Housing Authority. The theme of the video? Stopping inner-city violence.

The teenagers, many of them students at Hoboken High, wrote the rap lyrics and choreographed a dance routine, with the help of hip-hop artist (and Hoboken native) Tito Grahmz .
