The online release of the “Pop-Up Video” archives is VH1’s latest effort to extend the series that pairs music videos with trivia and facts about artists and their videos.

In September VH1 extended the pop-up franchise on VH1 Mobile with a made-for-mobile version of the series called “Pop Up Mobile to Go.” The mobile series, which offers the pop-up treatment to more current artists and videos has seen significant success on VH1 Mobile and has added to the tremendous growth VH1 Mobile has seen in the last few months. Streams on VH1 Mobile in October grew 31% over the prior month and increased 233% versus the same time period last year.

New videos from artists including, Beck, Snoop Dogg and Amy Winehouse will launch throughout 2008 on VH1 Mobile’s “Pop Up Video To Go,” which is available on all mobile carriers.
