DELTONA - In the mood for some salsa and salsa? You can stop by Volusia County’s 11th annual Latin Arts and Music Festival on Sunday for both — dancing and food. The event, hosted in part by the Volusia County Hispanic Association, features live music, ethnic dishes and art and culture exhibits. It runs from noon to 7:30 p.m. at the Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex, 1200 Saxon Blvd.
