SANTA MONICA, Calif., Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ — Cafe Tacvba, Kany Garcia, Alejandra Guzman, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Olga Tanon, and Julieta Venegas are the first performers announced for the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY(R) Awards telecast, it was announced today by The Latin Recording Academy(R).

Confirmed to present awards are current Latin GRAMMY nominees Ednita Nazario, Ximena Sarinana, and Tito El Bambino; two-time GRAMMY(R) and nine-time Latin GRAMMY winner Juan Luis Guerra; and actors Daniela Castro, Cesar Evora, and Eduardo Santamarina. The 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards will take place on Nov. 13 at the Toyota Center in Houston and will be broadcast on the Univision Network from 8 - 11 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central).
