The Music Caf on Ridge Road offers an open microphone night every Tuesday and live music Fridays and Saturdays. A 5 cover charge on weekends helps pay the musicians. A mix of alternative rock, country, bluegrass and jazz musicians are booked through February, Anderson said. The second Saturday in November will feature a Beatles tribute band and the weekend after Thanksgiving will feature the second-place winner from the Las Vegas Elvis Nationals.
