The Andrews Brothers want to support their country during WWII by enlisting in the army, but due to flat feet, poor vision and asthma, they aren t accepted. Instead, they become stage technicians for the USO.
The three brothers, Max, Lawrence and Patrick are in for a surprise and the chance of a lifetime when the famous Andrews Sisters are quarantined before one of their USO shows. With the help of Peggy Jones, the star who is scheduled to perform opposite of the The Andrews Sisters, the three brothers take the stage and put on a hilarious performance, mimicking what they ve seen from backstage. This production is directed by Seth Pyatt.
He was the musical director for the blockbuster production of The Night the Music Died. Pyatt said of The Andrews Brothers musical, Here we create the atmosphere of a rag-tag USO team; sing songs familiar to many in the audience; and try to live up to the memory of a legendary group that inspired the creation of The Andrews Brothers.
