Mr. Tigrett is now focused on pork-particularly, barbecued pork and specifically, Bozo s Hot Pit Bar-B-Q Restaurant. Bozo s Hot Pit Bar-B-Q is the stuff of legend. The restaurant was founded in 1923 near Memphis and is the oldest existing Bar-B-Q joint in the United States. Descriptive terms such as perfection (The Boston Globe) and pure delight (USA Today) are repeatedly bestowed upon this landmark that is still smokin hot today.
