Lieutenant Colonel Consuelo Castillo Kickbusch, who is retired from the U.S. Army will be keynote speaker. LULAC’s annual Youth Leadership Conference will bring together approximately 1,200 students from San Joaquin County school districts for a day of leadership and career workshops. Educational opportunities, health and community service resources will also be available.

Families of organ donors will be decorating altars for their deceased loved ones in the “Celebration of Life” public art exhibit, open from Friday to Nov. 11 at Visionary Home Builders, 315 N.
