Beginning with working holidays in France and Australia in her early professional life, Hollenberg returned to her native Vancouver where she became the Supervisor at the Pacific Palisades Hotel s exclusive restaurant and lounge. She soon transitioned into the role of Chief Concierge for six years and joined the prestigious Les Clefs d Or.

At this key hotel in the thriving Vancouver film community, Hollenberg established entertainment contacts that led to her appointment as Film and Entertainment Sales Manager for the Pacific Palisades Hotel under the new ownership of Kimpton Hotels.

In 2005, Hollenberg became an integral member of the opening team of Kimpton s Hotel Solamar in San Diego and was responsible for all entertainment and celebrity guest bookings, film studio press junkets and private celebrity events, with talent ranging from: Justin Timberlake to Samuel Jackson, Clive Owen to Jack Black and Katie Couric to Maroon 5.
