Hugely anticipated music game, Rock Band has gone golden developer Harmonix and publisher MTV Games announced today. Copies of the games are being produced now in anticipation of its November 20 launch date. The game, which will be available initially for the Sony PlayStation 3 and the Microsoft Xbox 360, will come in two different versions. For $60, gamers will get the single-disc software, while an extra $110 will add a wired guitar and a USB hub, in either Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 versions.

The PlayStation 3 bundle edition will have components compatible with the PlayStation 2, as that console will receive a port of the game on December 18. Harmonix still has work to do yet, though, as they hope to release weekly updates to the downloadable music tracks. Among the earliest music will be 18 tracks from the Grateful Dead.
