No Speed Limit to Kick Off Stateline Jamboree Concert Series

No Speed Limit is a brilliant young bluegrass band from the heartland of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Their upbeat sound breathes new life into bluegrass. Traditional and progressive, No Speed Limit is keeping the heritage alive, making it sparkle with quality; performing both originals and classics with their own special fire. No Speed Limit has certainly been in the fast lane in regards to their musical careers.

They have performed at the National Folk Festival, toured Scotland in 2006, recently completed a “Crooked Road Tour” of the Western United States, and performed at the inauguration of Virginia Governor Tim Kaine, who joined the band onstage, harmonica in hand, for a rendition of “The Circle Will Be Unbroken.” Their debut CD, Bluegrass Lullaby was released in July 2005 as part of the Virginia Foundation for Humanities’ Crooked Road series.
